Privacy Policy

1. Who this covers

This policy covers ramz-ai.com — RAMZAI's own marketing website — and the data it collects directly (the Contact page form, and basic site preferences). RAMZAI's products, Chom (chom-ai.com) and CallRamzai, are separate applications with their own user bases, their own data (customer conversations, order and catalog data, call recordings/transcripts), and their own, separate privacy policies. This document does not cover them.

2. Who we are

RAMZAI is an AI automation studio. For anything in this policy, you can reach us at contact@ramz-ai.com.

3. What we collect

• —Contact form submissions. When you submit the Book a Call / Contact form, we store your name, email address, and message in our database, to follow up with you.
• —Local preferences. Your theme (dark/light), language (EN/FR/AR), and cookie choice are saved in your browser's local storage, not sent to our servers.
• —Standard server logs. Our hosting provider logs requests (IP address, browser type, page requested, timestamp) for security and operational reasons, the way virtually every web server does.
• —Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager — but only if you've switched on Analytics and/or Marketing in the cookie banner. See §5.

4. How we use it

• —To respond to your message and follow up about a potential project.
• —To keep the site working the way you left it (theme, language) on your next visit.
• —To keep the site secure and diagnose problems, using server logs.

We don't sell personal data, and we don't use your contact-form submission for anything other than responding to it and — if you become a client — the engagement itself.

5. Cookies & similar storage

The cookie banner on this site lets you choose between three categories, matching what's actually in use:

• —Necessary (always on) — local storage for your theme and language preference. This isn't sent to our servers and isn't used to track you.
• —Analytics (opt-in) — loads Google Analytics, which sets its own cookies to measure page views and site usage. Nothing from Google loads until you turn this on.
• —Marketing (opt-in) — loads Google Tag Manager, a container RAMZAI uses to add marketing tags (ad conversion tracking, retargeting pixels) as needed, without a code change each time.

Declining Analytics/Marketing, or choosing "Necessary only," means neither Google script ever loads for you — the scripts are conditionally rendered based on your choice, not loaded-then-hidden. If a specific marketing tag is ever added inside Google Tag Manager, this section is where it gets named.

6. Who we share data with

Contact-form submissions are stored in our own hosting and database providers, and, once RAMZAI connects a CRM, synced there automatically. If you've opted in to Analytics or Marketing (§5), Google processes the corresponding data as RAMZAI's analytics/tag-management provider, under its own terms. We don't share your data with anyone else, and don't sell it.

7. How long we keep it

We keep a contact-form submission for 24 months from your last message to us, or — if you become a client — for the length of the engagement plus 24 months after it ends, then delete it. Server logs are retained on our hosting provider's standard schedule, typically a matter of weeks.

8. Your rights

Wherever you are, you can ask us to see what we have on you, correct it, or delete it — email contact@ramz-ai.com and we'll act on it. If you're in the EU/EEA or UK, this reflects your rights under GDPR (access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection). If you're a California resident, this reflects your rights under the CCPA/CPRA.

9. Children

This site isn't directed at children, and we don't knowingly collect data from anyone under 16.

10. Changes to this policy

If this policy changes in a way that matters, we'll update the date at the top of this page. Continuing to use the site after a change means you've seen it.
