RAMZAI started with a single question: could an AI system actually run a real business process, not just demo one in a sales call? We built Chom to answer that for order-taking — real customer conversations, real inventory, real stock locking, not a scripted flow. We built CallRamzai to answer it for the phone.
Only after both of those held up in production did we start taking on client work — because every system we now build for someone else is held to the same discipline those two products had to meet first: it has to actually work when nobody's watching, not just in the demo.
